Brief Statement (Why you choose Iowa State University and AgEdS): I look forward to further pursuing my education so that I am able to give back to my state and others who have helped me get where I am today. Brief Informational Statement About Home: I grew up on a family farming operation in Northwest Iowa with corn, soybeans and a 1200 sow farrow-to-finish hog operation. Growing up on the farm, work was never an option for my siblings and I, it was just something that we did and tried to make the best of.
