Learner Outcomes Assessment Portfolio for the Undergraduate Curriculum

The department regularly monitors the quality of its programs and places special emphasis on student input. Exit interviews are conducted with all graduating seniors to gain their perspectives on the program. They are routinely asked to evaluate the adequacy of their preparation in various academic areas, to express their degree of satisfaction with their major, and to comment on how their major could be improved.

Undergraduate students serve on the department curriculum committee and express program concerns and suggestions through a variety of forums provided by the department.
