Graduate Minor in Agricultural Education

Program of Study Requirements

Minimum requirements for a graduate minor in Agricultural Education are listed below. Students must also meet all requirements for graduate minors established by the Graduate College.

Masters Students

  • Minimum of 9 credit hours
  • AGEDS 550 is required
  • Select an additional 6 credit hours from the following courses: 510, 520, 524, 533, 561, 625

Doctoral Students

  • Minimum of 12 credit hours
  • AGEDS 550 is required
  • Select an additional 9 credit hours from the following courses: 510, 520, 524, 533, 561, 625

The curriculum club for the graduate programs is the G.O. in Ag. Ed. Club. It has two major purposes; namely providing social activities for graduate students, and organizing professional development activities (e.g. attendance at conferences). The G.O. in Ag. Ed. Club also helps in recruiting new graduate students and also appoints some of its members to standing departmental committees. Dr. Nancy Grudens-Schuck serves as the faculty advisor.
